Container Leasing Plan

Important Leasing Terms

• Payment Structure: Your container purchase is divided into 3 monthly payments: 40% upfront, followed by 30% in the second month, and 30% in the third month.
• Rental Income Starts After 2nd Payment: You will receive full monthly rental income once your second payment is completed and confirmed.
• Missed Payment Policy: If you miss any scheduled payment, the leasing agreement will be terminated and you will forfeit the container along with all previous payments made.
• Ownership Transfer: Full legal ownership of the container is transferred to you upon completion of the final (3rd) payment.
• Legally Binding: By proceeding with this leasing plan, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the leasing agreement.
